How much does it cost?
A monthly or annual rate sized to your organization, not a self-serve tier list — see how pricing works, or get in touch for a number.
Do you take a cut of our donations?
Donations and ticket sales go straight to your own connected Stripe account. Donorframe never holds your funds. Card processing fees and a small platform fee are added on top of the gift and shown to the donor before checkout, so the amount your organization receives is the amount the donor chose to give.
Can our own staff edit the site ourselves?
Yes. Once your site is set up, your team can add pages, post events, and manage donations and merch from your own dashboard, with different permission levels for different roles.
Is this a big, established platform?
It’s new, and deliberately so: organizations are taken on one at a time, each site set up personally rather than handed a blank template. That means every gift and ticket lands in your own Stripe account from day one, an audit trail of every change, and a direct line to the engineers who built the platform rather than a support queue.
